We do not buy development land, houses, or single residential lots.

We recommend that owners of real property secure an independent appraisal
before entering into a contract to sell. (We do not issue appraisals)

We are a qualified buyer of large acreage. Our smallest purchase size is 20
acres, although we have purchased as much as 18,000 acres in a single
transaction. We are undivided interests buyers in large tracts. We possess the
