We make offers to buy land based on the true market value.  We do not wish to waste our
time making a serious offer if the seller is not seriously interested in selling. We recommend
that owners of real property secure an independent appraisal before entering into a contract
to sell. (We do not issue appraisals)

flood zone land, rural property, country real estate, hunting ranches, commercial land, vacant
land, abandoned land, development land, as well as all other types of land. We have owned land

states and foreign countries.

We are a qualified buyer of large acreage. Our smallest purchase size is 20 acres, although
we have purchased as much as 18,000 acres in a single transaction. We are undivided interests
buyers in large tracts. We possess the financial capacity to buy entire estates.   
We do not
buy development land, houses or single residential lots.

If you wish to trade real estate instead of selling for any reason, we are very experienced in
1031 real estate exchanges and Starker Exchanges.   We will consider real estate with title
problems or environmental hazards, as our staff is experienced in resolving title matters and
remediation of contaminated land.  We primarily purchase land in the United States, however,
we will buy land in a foreign country with a stable environment.
